The staff was reasonably good and thoughtful, offered marvellous services. Deluxe twin room was with a balcony, adequate storage and a hair dryer. The breakfasts were varied and fresh made with cappuccino, bacon plus continental options.

Can't recommend highly enough this nicely decorated and relaxing hotel in a peaceful location in a very nice area. I would say it's great base for staying and exploring Amsterdam. The atmosphere is quiet with genuinely helpful and attentive staff both at the reception and in service.

In general the staff were very caring and reasonably good. The location was unbeatable and nice in pleasant neighborhood with easy access to everything.

Make sure you stay in the junior suite with amazing bathroom, a King size super comfy bed plus a mini fridge.

The place was pleasant and gorgeous, with its outstandingly accommodating staff both at the reception and in service. The hotel's location was great, not far from center, surrounding shops and restaurants and the museum area. We saw a public park, that's at a moderate distance from the venue.

Booked this for our trip and it met expectation. Sincerely, it was a very pleasant stay for one night. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - just a pleasant stroll away from a shopping mall. The airport was 20 km away.

The location was very central, efficient in taxi or tram stop at the end of the road which was around a minute walk. I was happy, the standard double room I booked came with big modern bathroom and balcony plus so many modern features. Everything was amazing, even so a few employees were extremely bad. Nothing too much trouble, I liked the stay and would return anytime.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and unique, has very friendly staff both at the reception and in service. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-appointed with the balcony, everything is very good! Comfortable and handy location, it is nearby a tram stop. Great nearby places include Bar spek, we usually had drinks there. The restaurant is good, serves excellent dishes. Would stay here again, greatly enjoyed our stay at the property.

The staff were accommodating, good location in a unique converted church. Plus, it was just off a bus stop, and the center by walking for 25 minutes. Our family room was neat and new-fashioned with exceptionally comfortable beds.
